You can enable it via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and it comes with 5 safety levels based on the spam score it gives to every email depending on various parameters, such as the frequency of given words, the sender, etc. If you keep receiving junk messages, you can always raise the level or if you’re scared that you may skip a legitimate email message, you can mix the automatic email filter with a custom one and forward all email messages from a specific sender to a separate email address. In case you reach the decision that you no longer want anti-spam protection for a particular mailbox, you can deactivate it with only a few clicks of the mouse.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you take advantage of one of our semi-dedicated servers, you won’t need to worry about unsolicited bulk email messages clogging your mailboxes every now and then, as you can take advantage of the famous SpamAssassin email filter that we offer with each and every account. Our custom-created Hepsia Control Panel will permit you to activate the filter for any mailbox with a couple of clicks and you can select one of the five security levels – from very low to very high. The level can be changed at any time if, for example, legitimate email messages get filtered, or if junk email messages go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered email messages to be forwarded to a special mailbox like email@example.com and not to be erased. Thus, you can check them every now and then to make sure that you have not missed out on an authentic message.
