We’ll rapidly respond to all general inquiries and forward the issue to our sysadmins in case any further assistance is required. If you order our Managed Servers package, we’ll perform any of the included server administration tasks at a time that has been agreed upon earlier.

We’ll be at your disposal 24–7 to answer any questions that you may have connected with our Web Control Panel or any of the apps that we have installed for you on the dedicated server. If you also require help handling server management tasks, you can have a glance at our Managed Servers package, which includes data backup hard drive storage space, weekly Operating System updates, server monitoring and rebooting services, as well as installation and troubleshooting services

Each dedicated server comes with our free–of–cost Web Control Panel, which offers a circumstantial knowledge base and a group of how–to video tutorials. Whenever you require help working with the Web Control Panel, just press the Videos or Help buttons in the top right corner.
